摘要:
正常蓄水位确定是新坝设计过程中必不可少的一环,而已建坝正常蓄水位调整是近年来逐步出现的新事物,水库作为社会经济发展系统中的重要组成部分,可能牵一发而动全身,正常蓄水位调整论证技术也具有一定的特殊性,通过工程案例积累相关经验,完善技术体系,对于类似工作具有参考价值。采用水文水资源、大坝安全、社会学及成本效益理论等,对杭州市青山水库正常蓄水位调整论证技术进行初步探索,提出正常蓄水位调整论证的必要性、水资源需求、入库径流、可行性、风险效益、调度运用方式等分析模式,集成创新地提出正常蓄水位调整论证分析框架和技术路线,成功应用于杭州市青山水库正常蓄水位论证。经分析,青山水库正常蓄水位提高的必要性和可行性均已具备,提高2.00m水位达到25.16m可增加蓄水量1879万m3,可作为推荐方案。
Abstract:
To determine the normal water storage level is an essential part of designing a new reservoir, and the adjustment of normal water storage level for constructed reservoirs is newly emerged in recent years. Reservoirs are an important part of the social economic development system, which may affect the situation as a whole. Normal water level adjustment analysis technology also has some particularity. Accumulation of relevant experience through the engineering cases to improve the technological system has reference value for the similar work. With the theories of hydrology and water resources, dam safety, sociology and the cost benefit theory, this study preliminarily explored the normal water level adjustment analysis technology for Hangzhou City Qingshan Reservoir, and put forward a technical route to the normal water level adjustment and integrated analysis model of necessity analysis, water resources demand, runoff flow, feasibility, risk benefit and operation mode and so on. Then normal water level adjustment analysis framework and technical route were creatively proposed and successfully applied to Hangzhou City Qingshan Reservoir normal water level analysis. After analysis, the necessity and feasibility of improving the normal water storage level of Qingshan reservoir have been met, and increase the water level of 2.00 m to 25.16 m can increase the storage capacity of 18, 790, 000 cubic meters, which can be used as a recommended program.
